Lead Times for OCCC and Orlando Convention Hotel Events

For trade shows at the Orange County Convention Center, contact us at least 4 to 6 weeks before move-in. Custom branded pieces need the most lead time. Corporate meetings and smaller activations can often be turned around faster, depending on inventory.

Is delivery, installation, and strike included?

Yes. Professional delivery, installation, and strike are included on every Orlando order.
